We offers free shipping service for all shipments. There is no trial dealers between Dentalget.com and manufacturer, so customers could get the same products at reasonable price, expecially with free shipping.

Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?

We offers reliable free shipping. All small parcels will be delivered under the mark of gift, with no dental words.  As per our data, only less than 1% of the package was opened and checked by customs of destination country. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if import taxes are charged.

Although the possibility to have import taxes is near to zero, we strongly suggest that you'd better know your import policy before your purchase happens.

You have to notice that some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as high powered machines). It is customers’ business to handle the products that are confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Dentalget.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Steps of processing an order

Once order has been made from our site, it will take 1-3 business days to process.

Step 2: Order packaged by our storehouse (0-1 business days)
Step 3: Package carried to Courier or Express Center (1 day)
Step 4: Order processed by post to your destination.

Normally, we have enough products in stock, but occasionally there’s possibility that some items are temporarily out of stock. It will take 1-3 business days to get the goods back in stock.

What may affect the delivery time?

The delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Generally, the package can arrive in destination on time. Processing time means the time we handles the order internally. Delivery time is determined by the destination where the order is shipped to, which is the main element that affects delivery time. Moreover, the custom policy of destination country also influences the delivery time.
 

Return & Refund

What is our return process?

1.  3 - 12 months warranty .
2. All items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product following our Return Policy.
3. Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing. Customer center will offer you shipping address.
4. Please offer tracking number for return shipment. We  won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.
5. We will arrange resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.


Can I get full refund for returned package?

1. We offers full refund for any packages damaged by shipping companies. If you get the package damaged, please contact customer service immediately, and you can ask for a compensate from the shipping company within 24Hours.
2. For all returned packages, full refund will be credited within 1-2 business days if the package in it's original packing.
3. For all returned packages with no quality problems, Dentalget.com will deduct the original shipping frieght from full refund.
4. For all packages outside of 30 days return policy, only partial refund will be credited.
